How We Cook — The CrispyAir Method

Trust on a recipe site is earned in the open, so here is exactly how every CrispyAir Kitchen recipe is produced.

1. We start from the questions cooks actually ask

Each recipe begins with research into what people search for and what they still cannot find answered well — the missing thickness guide, the unanswered frozen variation, the doneness nobody defines. If a question matters to cooks, it belongs in the recipe, not in a comment thread.

2. Times are cross-checked, never copied once

Every time and temperature is checked against air fryer manufacturer guidance and multiple established cooking references, and adjusted for the variables that change it — thickness, starting temperature, frozen versus fresh. Where sources disagree, we publish the honest range and the physical test (a temperature, a colour, a texture) that settles it in your kitchen.

3. Food safety is not a footnote

Safe internal temperatures come from official food-safety guidance and appear in every relevant recipe. When a time and a thermometer disagree, our recipes tell you to believe the thermometer — because that is correct.

4. The capsule rule

The first lines of every recipe answer the searcher's question completely: temperature, time, and the doneness signal. Nobody should have to scroll past a life story to learn that salmon takes eight minutes.

5. Corrections are published, not hidden

Air fryers vary and cooks write in. When a reader's result shows a time needs adjusting, we update the recipe and the update date moves. A recipe site that never corrects itself is a site that never listens.
