Air Fryer Cooking Times Chart (45+ Foods)
This chart is the page our readers bookmark. Every time below is cross-checked against manufacturer guidance and established recipe sources, and every food with a full recipe on CrispyAir Kitchen links to it. Use the chart for the number, use the recipe for the method — the difference between good and great air frying is almost never the food, it is the small steps: drying, spacing, and knowing the exact moment of doneness.

How to use this chart like a cook, not a robot
Thickness beats weight. A thin chicken breast and a plump one can weigh the same and need times five minutes apart. When a food's thickness doubles, expect to add roughly a third more time — and check with a thermometer near the end rather than adding blind minutes.
Your model runs its own race. Compact 2-quart fryers cook faster than big dual-basket models at the same dial setting. The first time you cook any food from this chart, check two minutes early and note your machine's number in the margin — after a few cooks, your own annotated chart is the most accurate one in your kitchen.
Frozen always needs a head start. Add roughly 30–50% to the fresh time for frozen versions of the same food, and separate pieces as soon as they thaw enough to move, so the heat can reach every surface.
Space is an ingredient. Nearly every disappointment traced back to this chart's kitchen came from a crowded basket. Air needs to move; food needs gaps. Two honest batches beat one piled basket every single time.
